This appeal was instituted in the year 1998. There is no ad interim order in operation. There was some delay in the matter of service and therefore, the application for condonation of delay could not be taken all this while. At this stage, it is not known as to whether the impugned award is already executed or not. In any case, I do not deem it appropriate to stay execution, at this stage. If ultimately, the appellant succeeds in the appeal, they can always apply for restitution. Accordingly civil application seeking interim reliefs is hereby dismissed.
