Learned APP on instructions from Superintendent, Open Prison, Paithan submitted that, Petitioner was released on Covid-19 pandemic emergency parole leave on 9th April, 2021 and did not return to jail after the said period is over. Petitioner is reported to be absconding therefore a crime under Section 224 of the Indian Penal Code is registered. 2.

In view thereof, we are not inclined to entertain present Petition at this stage. Petition is accordingly dismissed. 3.
