The Respondent in-person is also present. 2] This is an application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of the Marriage Petition No.204 of 2017 pending on the file of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sindhudurg to the Court of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan. 3] Learned counsel for the Respondent, on the instructions of the Respondent who is present in the Court, submits that the Respondent has no objection to transfer the said proceeding, as requested by the Applicant.

(a) Marriage Petition No.204 of 2017 pending in the Court of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sindhudurg is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan.

(b) The Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sindhudurg is directed to transfer the record and proceedings of Marriage Petition No.204 of 2017 to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan, immediately. (c) Registry to inform the concerned Courts accordingly.
