This Petition is directed against the order dated 18th May, 1999 passed by the learned Secretary & Officer on Special Duty (Appeals) Revenue and Forests Department thereby dismissing the Revision Application filed by the petitioner and vacating the stay granted vide Government Letter, Revenue and Forest Department No. RTS-3098/CR. 386/L-6, dated 3rd July, 1998. The Secretary & Officer on Special Duty (Appeals) has taken a view that once the Additional Commissioner has decided the matter in his Revisional Authority, no revision lies further.
