The petitioner has already filed the revision application before the learned Minister against the order dated 27th June, 2018 passed by the learned Commissioner, State Excise. In view of the on going Assembly Session, the learned Minister is not available for deciding the said revision application for some time. 2.

Learned Minister shall make an endeavor to dispose of the said revision application filed by the petitioner on or before 31st October, 2018. Ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 2nd July, 2018 to continue till disposal of the said revision application and for a period of two weeks thereafter from the date of communication of the 1/2

5-wpst18696-18.doc said order if the same is adverse against the petitioner. 3.

All the contentions on merits of both the parties are kept open. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Minister on 7th August, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. If the date fixed by this Court is not convenient to the learned Minister, the earliest convenient date shall be conveyed to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

Learned A.G.P. is directed to convey this order to the learned Minister as well as to the Licensing Officer for compliance. 6.

All the parties including the Authorities to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
