In the first matter, the Committee has taken a decision to issue Certificate of Validity to the petitioner. In such circumstances, Writ Petition No.7091 of 2019 is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such by taking a copy of the Certificate on record and marking it "X" for identification. 3.

In the second matter, Mr. Samant, appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, informs the Court that the Committee has rejected the claim of the petitioner. A reasoned order has been passed and that will be forwarded to the petitioner. Let that be forwarded on or before 13-7-2019. 4.

In view of the statement made on instructions, Writ Petition No.7092 of 2019 is disposed of.
