We are informed that during the pendency of the application, an offence under the Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Slumlords, Bootleggers, Drug-Offenders, Dangerous Persons and Video Pirates Act, 1981 has been added. The learned counsel for the Applicants states that leave to amend be granted. According to us, substantial changes will have to be made in the application and the averments will have to be added which will render this application unwieldy.
