Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks return of his passport, deposited by him with the investigating agency, pursuant to the order dated 13.04.2018 passed by this Court ( Coram : Smt. Revati Mohite Dere, J. ) in ABA No. 642 of 2018, to enable him to travel to the USA, UAE and Dubai from 15.07.2019 to 06.08.2019.

Perused the papers. It appears that the Applicant on two

earlier occasions has travelled abroad vide orders dated 28.06.2018 & 21.12.2018 and on his return has re-deposited his passport. Vide the said orders, this Court had directed the investigating agency to return the Applicant's passport to enable him to travel abroad for the purpose mentioned in the said Application.

Learned APP does not dispute the fact that the Applicant has earlier travelled and on his return, has re-deposited the passport with the investigating agency. The Applicant, now, intends to travel USA, UAE and Dubai during the period i. e. from 15.07.2019 to 06.08.2019. Accordingly, the Application is allowed on the following terms & conditions :- O R D E R (i) The investigating agency to forthwith return the passport to the Applicant to enable him to get visa to travel abroad and to complete other formalities i. e. USA, UAE and Dubai from 15.07.2019 to 06.08.2019;

(ii) The Applicant shall submit his itinerary to the investigating agency as well as his residential address where he would be staying and his telephone / mobile number before his departure; (iii) The Applicant on his return, shall re-deposit his passport

with the investigating agency within one week of his return from abroad to India.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
