CORAM

:

P. N. DESHMUKH, J.

DATE :

22nd JULY 2016.

P.C. :

Heard learned counsel for the applicant. He has placed on record money receipts and copy of order dated 11th February 2016.

This application is filed for grant of extension of two weeks to furnish surety. Heard learned counsel for both the sides. Learned counsel for applicant has submitted that though applicant has furnished surety, as acceptance of surety is in process before the learned Sessions court, time of two weeks be further extended. avk 1/2

917-APPP-563-2016.doc It appears that applicant is directed to be released on provisional cash bail in sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of four weeks and it is thereafter directed to furnish bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in like amount within a period of four weeks, on his release on provisional bail. It is not disputed that applicant is not in process of furnishing surety. Having considered the fact that verification report of surety are already received, time to furnish surety is further extended for a period of two weeks from today i.e. up to 5th August 2016.

Application stands disposed of as allowed.

Parties to act on a copy of this order duly authenticated by the Sheristedar of this court. (P. N. DESHMUKH, J.) avk 2/2
