This is an application for relaxation of condition to attend the police station passed by this Court vide order dated 23rd March,2016. The applicant was directed to attend the police station on every Saturday between 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm till filing of the chargesheet. 2.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the applicant that the chargesheet has not been filed. The applicant has been regularly attending the police station as directed by this Court. It is submitted that condition imposed may be deleted.

Learned APP submitted that the condition to attend can be relaxed by directing the applicant to attend once in a month till filing of chargesheet.

Considering the aforesaid circumstasnces, conditions imposed by order dated 23rd March, 2016 is relaxed and the applicant is directed to attend concerned police station once in a month on first Saturday of the said month between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm till filing of chargesheet.
