This Civil Application is taken out seeking expeditious hearing of the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is filed in 2011 and the same has been admitted by order dated 20th July 2011 and ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (C) was granted. The said ad-interim relief was confirmed by further order dated 29th September 2011.

Accordingly, the hearing of the Writ Petition is expedited.
