P.C:- The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has drawn our attention to the communication dated 1 August 2021 addressed by the Advocate for the Petitioner to the concerned Superintendent of Prison to allow the Petitioner to have telephonic conversation between him and his family members in United Kingdom. This representation has not been answered.

We dispose of this petition directing the concerned Superintendent to respond to the communication dated 1 August 2021. If request is granted, the grievance would be satisfied. If the

57. wp3197-21.doc request is being rejected, reference be made to the relevant rule or regulation or the position of law, under which the same is rejected. In case of rejection, it is open to the Petitioner to take necessary steps as per law to be considered on its own merits.
