This is an application for condonation of delay of 124 days in preferring the First Appeal. The notice of this Civil Application was served on the respondents and respondent Nos.1 to 3 have filed affidavit-in-reply resisting this Civil Application.

However, considering the reasons given in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the Civil Application, as the sufficient cause is made out for condonation of the delay and the delay being not intentional, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
