It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company that, as per the direction of this Court, vide order dated 9th September 2015, the applicant-Insurance Company has deposited the entire decretal amount in the Tribunal, as ordered by the Tribunal. 3.

In view thereof, the ad-interim stay granted to the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 27th November 2014 is made absolute till final disposal of the First Appeal.
