By this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 23rd June, 2015 passed by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Nashik on Application Exhibit - 50 and 53 in Inquiry Application No.10 of 2010. 2.

The petitioners are the trustees of the trust known as Saryodaya Shikshan Sanstha and had applied for permission to appoint teachers for the academic year 2014-15 for the additional divisions of 11th standard on no grant basis. The said application came to be rejected by an order dated 23rd June, 2015 on various grounds. 3.

In my view, the writ petition has become infructuous. There was no ad-interim order granted by this court in this petition. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

It is however made clear that if the petitioners apply for similar permission for the current academic year or in future, the said application shall be considered by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner on its own merits without being influenced by the observations made and the conclusion drawn in the impugned order dated 23rd June, 2015.
