On 22.12.2022, this Court passed the following order:- "1. On 08.12.2022 this Court passed the following order: "1. Heard Mr. Yadav, learned Advocate holding for Advocate Mr. S.P. Kanuga who is indisposed today.

2. Mr. Yadav submitted that since the Petition is very old and the papers are not traceable in his office, he may be allowed to take the papers from the Court.

3. Mr. Yadav is permitted to take a copy of Petition alongwith copies of the previous orders on payment of copying charges. Leave granted. He has requested that he shall make an endeavor to contact the Petitioners. Stand over to 22nd December, 2022."

2. Today Mr. Yadav holding for Mr. Kanuga Advocate on record has submitted a letter dated 14.12.2022 addressed by the Advocate on record to the Petitioners. The said letter is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 3.

Mr. Yadav submitted that they do not have any instructions from the Petitioners and the contents of the letter may kindly be perused.
