Heard Mr. S.H.Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants. Mr. Mishra states that he has given notice of today's production at 3 pm on the other side.

By this Application, the applicants have prayed for direction to office to accept arrears of one month's compensation of Rs.10,000/- by condoning the delay.

In paragraph 5 of the application, it is stated that the applicants have
2 / 2 CAW/1910/2016 deposited Rs. 2,20,000/- towards arrears of rent. However, according to office, the applicants are liable to deposit Rs.2,30,000/-. Applicants were ready to pay Rs.10,000/- also but office refused to accept the said amount on the ground that time for depositing arrears is already expired.

For the reasons stated in paragraph 5 of application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i) and (ii) with no order as to costs.

Applicants will now deposit Rs.10,000/- within one week from today.
Mr. Mishra assures that he will serve copy of this order on the other side.
