Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P for the State.

By this application, the applicant seeks quashing and setting aside of the order dated 14th March, 2016 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 7th Court, Dadar, by which, non-bailable warrant came to be issued against the applicant. Learned Counsel for the applicant states that after the non-bailable warrant was issued by the learned Judge on 14th March, 2016, the applicant preferred an application on 12th July, 2016 SQ Pathan 1/2
apl.812.16.11.doc seeking cancellation of the non-bailable warrant. He submits that till date, the said application has not been heard and decided by the learned Judge. 3.
Considering the aforesaid, the learned Judge is directed to decide the said application filed by the applicant on 12th July, 2016 seeking cancellation of his non-bailable warrant as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three weeks from today.

Application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 5.
Needless to state that this application has not been considered on merits and the learned Judge shall decide the said application on its own merits.
