Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel at the outset states that if the Appeal is placed for final hearing, he will not press the relief of bail. The statement is accepted.

By the Order dated 20/6/2013 passed in Criminal Application No. 617 of 2017 earlier bail application filed by the applicant was dismissed. However, the Applicant was permitted to file private paper book and thereafter, the Registry was directed to place the appeal for final hearing. Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel for appellant states that private book Talwalkar

3.appa970.17 has already been filed. His statement is not disputed by the learned APP. We therefore, direct the Registry to verify the same in consonance with the earlier order and place the above appeal for final hearing in the week commencing from 4/9/2017.
