Mr.P.J.Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that in view of the order dated 19 September 2014 passed in Writ Petition No.2808 of 2014 by which the enhancement of the maintenance has been granted in favour of the Respondent, the challenge as raised in the present Petition does not survive.

Perused the impugned judgment and order. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner is correct in his contention. In view of the orders passed in Writ Petition No.2808 of 2014 dated 19 September 2014, adjudication of this Petition is not called for. The petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
