The learned counsel for the Respondent states that the Petitioner is not using the premises as on date and therefore not interested in prosecuting this Petition. The learned counsel states that the interim order granted was a conditional order, wherein the Petitioner was directed to deposit rent / compensation. The learned counsel submits that the Petitioner has not deposited the said rent / compensation and even in Darkhast proceeding taken out the Petitioner, has not appeared. 2.
Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
