The order dated 21.07.2015 passed by the Returning Officer of the Gram Panchayat, Taluka Daund, District Pune, rejecting the nomination of the Petitioner under Section 14(j-3) is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. The rejection of the nomination is on the ground that the Petitioner was earlier disqualified under the said provision by an order passed by the Collector dated 15.06.2011 which was confirmed by this Court by order dated 13.01.2012 passed in Writ Petition 585 of 2012 filed by the Petitioner. The said disqualification would obviously continue and therefore, the order passed by the Returning BGP.

WP-7205-15.doc 24.07.2015 Officer does not merit any interference in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
