Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon in terms of the impugned award.

In view of the aforesaid statement and willingness on the part of the applicant/insurer to deposit the entire amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued thereon in terms of the impugned award in M.A.C.P. No. 515 of 2011, dated 22nd January 2021, there shall be stay to the execution, operation and Shraddha Talekar, PS 1/2

8-ia-3291-2021.doc implementation of the impugned award, subject to deposit of the entire amount along with the interest accrued thereon, within a period of four weeks from today.

In the event, the amount is not deposited as directed above, the stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
