P.C. :- This application sent through jail is for expeditious hearing of the trial against the applicant. Mr. Gangurde, the learned APP on instructions states that, the applicant has since been released on jail and that the trial against the applicant is in progress. Six witnesses have already been examined and now only four witnesses remain to be examined. In the circumstances, no order need be passed on the application. The same is accordingly disposed off.
