After perusing the record and after hearing the learned counsel for the Applicant at length, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to the Applicant to surrender before the Special Court under P.C. Act, at Baramati, Dist. Pune on or before 11.00 a.m. of 15th September, 2021.

Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 3.

It is needless to mention that, the learned Special Court (under P.C. Act), Baramati, after surrender of the Applicant before it and while hearing his Application for bail, shall not get influenced by rejection of present pre-arrest Bail Application and decide his Application for regular bail on its own merits.
