The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that pursuant to the Order dated 5th May, 2016, the Applicant had furnished surety. However, the police verification was submitted belatedly and therefore, the learned Sessions Judge had not accepted the surety, as time for furnishing the surety was granted for just two weeks.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai is hereby requested to accept the sureties furnished by the Applicant vide order dated 5th May, 2016.
