Heard Mr.M.L.Palan, learned counsel for the petitioners. He submits that the petition was directed against Judgment and order dated 9.4.2014 passed by Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court at Mumbai, below Exhibit -19, in Appeal No.1 of 2013 arising from R.A.E.& R. Suit No.864/1505 of 2008. He submitted that the Appeal itself has been disposed of finally and, therefore, this petition has become infructuous.
