Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by plaintiff for stay of the operation and implementation of the decree dated 30.04.2003 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division Palghar in Regular Civil Suit No.16 of 2000 by which the suit preferred by plaintiff for grant of probate of will executed by the deceased testator Mrs.Tirejabai Joseph Lisoba stand dismissed.

There is no question of staying the judgment and decree dated 30.04.2003 by which suit is already dismissed. Hence, Civil Application is dismissed.
