A proposal was submitted by the Petitioner for starting of Marathi medium school from Standard VIII to X. The said proposal is rejected.

A policy decision seems to have been taken that the permission now would be granted only on self finance basis. The said policy is not assailed in the present Writ Petition.

In light of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. It is for the Petitioner to assail the policy decision as may be permissible under the law.
