We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition by permitting the Petitioner to file additional representation in addition to what is already filed on 9.7.2015 within one week. By keeping all defences open, we are directing the Officer of Respondent No.2 to decide the same in accordance with law as early as possible and preferably within four weeks.
