By the impugned order, the matrimonial Petition filed by the Appellant has been dismissed for nonprosecution. The 2nd Respondent is the 2nd Respondent in the matrimonial Petition filed by the Appellant. This Appeal has been dismissed as against the 2nd Respondent.
