The above Interim Application is filed to bring the legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No.1 on record who expired on 13th April, 2023.

We have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. Patel, the learned AGP for the State. AUGUST 8, 2023 Aswale

2.WP.10191.22.DOC We allow the above Interim Application in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "a)This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the present application For amendment to INSERT the names of the Legal Heirs of Petitioner no.1 as per the SCHEDULE 'A' to the Application in the Original Writ Petition No.10191 of 2022."

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today and the amended copy of the Petition shall be served on all the Respondents within a period of one week thereafter.

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act order.
