The learned Advocate appearing for the State has tendered a letter issued by the Deputy Secretary, Government of Maharashtra dated 6 th December, 2019 stating that the subject property, as regards which the reservation has lapsed under Section 127 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (MRTP Act), is by mistake once again shown as reserved for garden under Serial No. 234 and that the Government of Maharashtra is taking steps to correct the same. The letter dated 6 th December, 2019 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation.

Since the grievance of the Petitioner has been redressed, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructous.
