The Petitioner challenges the order dated 29.04.2013 wherein the Respondent Education Officer has refused to give the signing power to the Petitioner.

Respondent No.1 has found that the senior most teacher in the Respondent No.3 school under the management of Respondent No.2 was one Shri. Patil. However, he has refused to perform the duty of Head Master. In these circumstances, he has decided to give the said powers to the immediate next person i.e. Shri. Sunil Mane. We find no reason to entertain this writ petition under extraordinary Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs. 4.
