The Power of Attorney holder of the Respondent/Applicant submits that he has moved this application for seeking permission to withdraw the decreetal amount which was deposited by the Appellant/State of Maharashtra in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Alibag.

The learned AGP informs the Court that the entire decreetal amount along with interest accrued thereon is deposited in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Alibag.

In view of the submissions, the application is allowed to withdraw the 50% of the decreetal amount on undertaking and 50% amount of the decreetal amount on furnishing the solvent surety on satisfaction of the trial Court.

In view of this, application stands disposed of.
