The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.I-117 of 2016 registered on March 22, 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 307, 394, 506 read with Section 34 Indian Penal Code. The submission is that, in the identification parade it is not specifically mentioned that, whether the applicant was the person who has stabbed the victim. The other submission is that, perusal of his injury certificate would depict at the most offence under Section 324 of Indian Penal Code.

Rane * 2/2 * BA-1434-2016 Friday,16.12.2016 sr.no.931 is filed. The injury certificate speaks of the grevious injury suffered by the victim which was caused by a sharp weapon. The weapon is already recovered from the applicant. There is sufficient material to connect, prima-facie, involvement of the applicant in the crime in question. No case is made out for grant of bail. Hence, the Bail Application is rejected.

If the charge is not framed within a period of one year, liberty to move again.
