The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that land of the Petitioner was acquired in the year 1989. Petitioner was issued with Challan on 24.03.2009. Petitioner is not yet allotted the land as Project Affected Person.

The learned A.G.P. appears for the Respondents. 3.

Petitioner has already made representation on 23.08.2021 to the Respondent no.3. Respondent no.3 shall decide the representation of the Petitioner (page 70) on its own merits in accordance with law preferably within six Mohite 1/2

4 wp5623-21.odt months. Petitioner may point out the issuance of Challan and all other aspects. Petitioner may also refer to the judgments delivered by this court.

Petitioner may appear before the authority on 28.04.2022.
