The learned counsel appearing for the respondentCorporation makes a categorical statement that the elections to the General Body of respondent-Corporation are scheduled to be held on 20th August, 2017.

In that view of the matter, we find that the relief claimed, i.e. constitution of a 'Women and Child Welfare Committee' for a short period of not even two weeks, cannot be considered. The Petition is therefore rejected with liberty to the petitioner to

In view of rejection of the Petition, the pending Civil Application also stands disposed of.
