The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that during the pendency of Criminal Application No.344/2015 and the present application the police have already submitted the charge sheet and the accused have been released on regular bail. He submitted that the present application has therefore, become infructuous. In view of the above, the Criminal Application No.354 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
