Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has on instructions not to press this Contempt Petition. 2.

Contempt Petition is disposed of is not pressed. Writ Petition NO. 635 OF 2023 1.

Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned ADN

22.cp.39.2018.doc order passed by the Family Court, at Sangli on 2 May 2022 . He submits that in the impugned order the Family Court has not considered the direction given by the Supreme Court in the judgment of Rajnesh Versus Neha reported in (2021) 2 SCC 324. 2.

Mr. Mankapure submits that husband and wife both have filed separate petitions for divorce. He submits that suffice would the purpose if the hearing of the divorce petitions is expedited.

Mr. Mankapure, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to deposit the outstanding amount towards the maintenance in the Family court Sangli, within a period of four weeks from today.

Liberty granted as prayed for.

Writ Petition is disposed of with following directions : (i) Special Marriage Petition No. (A) 53 of 2020 and Special Marriage Petition No.2 of 2017 be clubbed together and the hearing of both the Petitions is expedited. 6.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
