The applicant is accused of Section 295 (A) of I.P.C. and Section 67 of the I.T.Act. Considering the nature of the accusations, let the Investigating Offcer issue a notice under Section 41 of the Cr.P.C. to the applicant, pursuant to which he shall report to the Investigating Offcer.

Upon his appearance, the Investigating Offcer shall follow the procedure prescribed under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. M.M.Salgaonkar
