Heard Mr.Suresh Gupte, learned Counsel for the petitioner. He states that the petitioner Dr.Parasuram Ramamoorthy is present in Court. He has tendered photocopy of the driving licence of the petitioner, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Mr.Gupte further tendered orders dated 13.4.2016 below Exhibit-52 and Exhibit-1 in L.D. Suit No.218/2012 passed by the learned trial Judge, which are taken on record and marked "Y collectively" for identification.

As the matter is settled between the parties in the trial Court, Mr.Gupte seeks permission to withdraw the Contempt Petition.

On the motion made by Mr.Gupte, Contempt Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Order accordingly.
