FRIDAY, 13th JULY, 2018 P.C. :

The learned counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Hemant Ingle, on the instructions of the Petitioner, who is personally present in Court, states that the Petitioner would be satisfied if relief in terms of prayer clause (b), which is the alternate prayer, namely, of directing the Respondents to deal with the representation dated 24th May 2018 (wrongly referred as 2013) Exhibit C, is considered.

The learned counsel appearing for the CBI Mr. Venegavkar has no objection to the said relief being granted. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner would supplement the said representation by a further representation which would be made within one week from date and which would be addressed to the Superintendent of Police, BSFC, CBI, G-Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400 052. The Petitioner may, to the supplementary representation, annex the representation dated 24th May 2018 and address both the representations to the aforesaid Authority. On receipt of the said representation dated 24th May 2018 and the supplementary representation, the Superintendent of Police, BSFC, CBI would consider the same and dispose of the same within four weeks from date and communicate his decision to the Petitioner within six weeks from date.

Insofar as prayer clause (a) is concerned, needless to state that we have not considered the said prayer.

With the directions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
