Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. The papers are under search.

The learned Counsel for the parties tendered signed Consent Terms before the National Lok Adalat. The representative of the Appellant/Corporation and Respondent

Consent Terms appears to have been executed voluntarily. Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The First Appeal does stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. The impugned Award stands modified in accordance with the Consent Terms. Award be drawn accordingly.

In view of disposal of the First Appeal, Interim Application does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly.

Refund of court fees, if any, be made as per rules. Statutory deposit be remitted back to the jurisdictional Tribunal. The Tribunal shall permit the parties to withdraw the amount in accordance with the Consent Terms.
