The Petitioners have preferred Criminal Revision Application No.166 of 2022 before the Court of Sessions with the similar prayers. The next date before Sessions Court is 24th August, 2022. 3.

In these circumstances without adjudicating the Petition on merits, the Sessions Court is requested to dispose of Criminal Revision Application No.166 of 2022 within a period of two weeks from 24th August, 2022. All issues are kept open.
