Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. Perused the alleged complaint is annexed at Exhibit-C, Page 57 of the compilation of the Writ Petition.

We have perused the said complaint. In our opinion, the said alleged complaint is cryptic and does not prima-facie make out any offence. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition. If the Petitioners are advised, they may take recourse to appropriate remedy as is available in law.
