1] In terms of the order dated 20.07.2022, it is informed that the Applicant has attended the Police Station and co-operated with the investigation.

Since prima face case was recorded in favour of the Applicant to the effect that serious allegation of kidnapping are not made out in the complaint, the Applicant was conferred with the protection from his arrest.

2] Since the Investigating Officer do not require the custody of the Applicants for further investigation, subject to stipulation that they shall co-operate with the investigation agency and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses, the order dated 20.07.2022 is made absolute.
