DATE : 09 FEBRUARY , 2015 P.C. :- 1] Learned counsel for the petitioner files an affidavit of service, which indicates that the service has been completed. 2] By communication dated 31 January 2015, the petitioner has been informed that the Revision Application is pending before the State Government and is now scheduled for hearing on 11 February 2015. Accordingly, there is no reason to entertain the present petition. The State Government is directed to dispose of the Revision Application within a period of six weeks from today. Pending Revision Application, the order impugned therein, shall remain stayed.

3] With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of. The petitioner shall cooperate in the matter of expeditious disposal of the Revision Application and not seek any adjournments without really pressing cause.
