Civil Application Nos.1600/2019, 1605/2019, 1604/2019 and 1602/2019 are not on board. Upon mentioning taken on board and heard along with Civil Application No.1593 of 2019.

The Civil Applications are taken out seeking following reliefs : "(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to restore the present Writ Petition to file and further direct the District Magistrate to decide the application to the Petition u/s 14 of SARFAESI Act, 2002 below Exh."F" be decided forthwith;

(b) Any such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the circumstances of the case."

We are not inclined to restore the Writ Petitions. In the Writ Petitions orders have already been passed directing the District Magistrate to dispose of the Applications pending before him expeditiously and in any event within sixty days. As the Applications are still not disposed of, we permit the Applicants/Petitioners to bring this order to the notice of District Magistrate and we extend time to dispose of the Applications for a further period of one month. We make clear that if the Applications are not disposed of as per directions of this Court, the Court may be constrained to take a serious view of the matter.
