By an order dated 12.07.2017, the Applicants were granted interim relief. Heard the Learned Counsel for the Applicants, the learned APP and perused the record of investigation.

The record indicates that four wheeler vehicle involved in the present crime and the mobile phones of the Applicants have been seized by the police under the panchnama dated 01.02.2018. The record further indicates that the police have already freezed all the bank accounts of the Applicants under Section 102 of Cr.P.C.

The learned APP on instructions submitted that Accused No.5 Babu Rafiq Shaikh has pleaded guilty before the Trial Court at the time of filing of chargesheet. Sneha Chavan 1/2

7 aba 1186-17=.doc In view thereof, the custodial interrogation of the Applicants for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. In view of the above, interim relief granted by Order dated 12.07.2017 is confirmed.
